The Joan Lives Organization is a nonprofit initiative I started to shine the spotlight on any remarkable effort made to remember Joan of Arc, and/or to broaden our understanding of her legacy. Literature, Art, events, podcasts, academic papers, nothing's off the table when it comes to celebrating the girl from Domrémy, who conquered a man's world and in return was burned at the stake when she was only nineteen. 

Who's behind this?

My name is Andrea Siligardi and in 2021 I created this website after more than a decade since I first fell in love with Joan's character and life story. I'm not a historian, but I read a lot of stuff written by historians. Occasionally I even talk to them.
